Q: Do you give any warranty for the vehicles?　
A: Sorry, we don't give any warranty for any vehicles.
　　All the vehicles are wholesale prices. But with our licensed mechanics, we can inspect the engines,
　　transmissions, undercarriages, oil leak and other parts of all used cars and vehicles we sell.
　　Bad condition vehicle does not buy.　We will try our best to assist you.

Q: I don't know whether my country can import Japanese motor vehicles or not.
A: As import laws vary from country to country, you should check with your country's customs department .
　　Depending on the country, you may not be able to import some car models.
　　You need to check your country's registration laws before you begin the purchasing process.

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Payment must be made in japanese Yen T.T.(telegraphic transfer) by Wire Transfer

Q: Is the payment when?
A: If you happen to fail in paying within 48 hours, the deposit you paid in advance will not be paid back
　　but will be paid to the Auction company as a fee of cancellation.

Q: Can I pay by credit card?

Q: What are FOB, CIF, C&F?
A: FOB [Free on board Japan] is the price of the vehicle at the shipping port of Japan.
　　CIF [Cost + Freight + Insurance] is a FOB + Ocean freight charge + Insurance charge.
　　C&F [Cost and Freight] is stands for CIF disregarding insurance.
　　FOB + Ocean freight charge = C&F [Cost and Freight]

Q: Do your car prices include the shipping charge?
A: No, they do not. Shipping charges are added after the destination is determined.

Q: Insurance is included in the shipment charge?
A: No. If you want us to insure your shipment, we can arrange it with extra charges.
　　Fee: JPY 5,000. The marine insurance covers only a total loss on the ship.

Q: How much is freight charge?
A: Freight charge is determined based on the destination port and the vehicle size.
